Zero Tolerance:
Bullying in any form is not tolerated at TroopUp. This applies to interactions between campers, staff, and anyone involved in camp activities.
Education and Awareness:
All campers and staff will be educated about what constitutes bullying and how to respond to it.
Anti-bullying expectations are discussed during orientation.
Reporting Procedures:
Campers are encouraged to report bullying to a trusted counselor or staff member.
Reports can be made verbally or in writing and will be kept confidential where possible.
Staff must report any observed or disclosed incidents to camp leadership immediately.

All reported incidents will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
Both the target and the accused will be given an opportunity to share their perspective.
Consequences for bullying may include:
Mediation and behavioral correction
Loss of camp privileges
Notification to parents/guardians

Support for Affected Campers:
Campers who experience bullying will be supported by trained staff.
Follow-up will be conducted to ensure the issue has been resolved.
